Workplace Giving with Community Health Charities
The Care Net Center is a member of the Community Health Charities of Maryland. CHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit federation of national, statewide, regional and local health organizations. CHC helps provide the funds necessary for its member organizations to continue their individual efforts to improve health by focusing on payroll deduction campaigns, and individual and corporate gifts. CHC works with employers to conduct a payroll deduction campaign that gives individual employees an opportunity to choose which CHC member health organization(s) receive their donations. If your place of employment is not currently enrolled in a workplace giving program, please consider approaching your employer about the benefits of doing so.
